Dishan Dissanayake - Executive Chairman
Mr. Dishan Dissanayake is a chemical engineer from the University of New South Wales with expertise in hydrometallurgical processes, precious metal extraction, exploration in precious and rare earth metals , process and design engineering and mergers & acquisitions. With over 40 years experience his early years involved extensive work in Research and Development in precious metal extraction working closely with the University of New South Wales. He then concentrated on working on process and plant design engineering in recaust, alumina and water & waste water industries in senior executive positions for multinational companies. In recent years he is engaged in precious metal exploration and mine development projects and large scale infrastructure development.
Ken Kellett - Executive Director
Mr Ken Kellett is a chemical engineer from the University of New South Wales with extensive experience across manufacturing, process design engineering, and minerals development. After early supervisory roles in chemical production, he moved into process design work for technology and equipment suppliers, covering wastewater treatment, waste incineration systems, and mineral processing operations. As Australia’s minerals sector expanded, his work increasingly centred on metallurgical process development, leading to senior technical and managerial roles within private industry. He later established an independent advisory practice providing metallurgical and process engineering expertise for base and precious metal projects in multiple jurisdictions.
